The Sharp Archive is made available by Sharp Archive LLC (“Sharp Archive”, “our”, “us”, “we”) having our registered office at 6494 S Quebec St Centennial, CO 80111. To offer you access to our platform & services and to fulfil the archiving requirements of the Main-User, we need to collect various information from you. This Privacy Policy prescribes the manner in which we would collect, retain, share, store, and process your data to offer you, our services. This policy incorporates and incudes our Sub-User Terms of Service. Words and phrases not defined in this Policy shall mean the same as provided in the Sub-User Terms of Service.

    We provide master/admin access of your account, with all the archived information stored in it to the Main-User, to ensure the fulfilment of the archiving requirements of the Main-User.

    Service Providers: We do not charge anything from you, rather Main user pays and subscribe to our services. As a part of subscription, Main-User authorise you to use and access our services. By providing master/admin access of your account, the Main User is able to fully access your profile and check the archived information stored in it.

    Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers to execute various functionalities of our solution and website. We may share your information with such a service provider to help you access our services in the best possible manner. Some of these functionalities may include:

    We do not provide the right of erasure to Sub-Users. Such right is governed subject to your agreement with the Main-User and according to the data retention laws applicable from time to time. Any request for erasing your data, shall directly be submitted to the Main-User, as according to our subscription terms with the Main-User, we do not hold any right to erase the information of Sub-users.

    Right to opt-out

    Marketing opt-out: We may e-mail and notify you from time to time about the latest offers and our new offerings & features. You may opt-out of receiving such promotional e-mails by following the unsubscribe options on such offerings or by sending an e-mail to us at admin@sharparchive.com . However, even after opting out of receiving our promotional offerings, we may still send non-promotional offerings to you, such as communication alerts and payment receipts, etc.

    Right to Browse

    If you wish to browse our services anonymously, you may do so by logging out of your account and disabling cookies on your browser.


    In addition, subject to applicable law, the Main User will have the right to request for data portability of your information. Even Main User, may also object to our processing of personal data or ask us to restrict the processing of your data under certain circumstances by contacting our customer care support.

However, please note if you have revoked any mandatory permission required by us for receiving and/or processing your order, then we may stop providing you any kind of services and cease your account from our end.

    Summary: We may retain your personal data till the time it is necessary. We ensure to remove all your data as soon as the legal basis for retention expires.

    We shall retain the information you provided to us to fulfill the subscription requirements of the Main-user and to:

    • • To prevent and mitigate any kind of illegal or fraudulent activities from our website.

    We do not wish to retain your personal information for any period longer than necessarily required for any purpose for which the information may be used. To achieve this, we allow the Main User to generate a request for deletion of your information, stored with us. However, we reserve the right to stop providing you any kind of offering and services after receiving such a request.

    We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time and at any time without issuing any notice to you and at our sole discretion. You are requested to regularly check this page to take notice of all the changes.
